Red_Bird

Red Bird is a richly textured, mixed-media abstract painting that is immediately striking for its use of metallic leaf, both gold and silver, and bold red hue. The painting's focal is an eyelike shape near the center; the "red bird" of the title,  its body implied by the surrounding gold and silver leaf that wraps around it like feathers or wings in motion.
